If you do not meet these criteria, don't worry; there are still pathways to gain access.
Requirements for Automatic Approval
To qualify for automatic access to Figma, employees must meet the following criteria:

Team Membership: You must be a part of the design team. Figma is a tool specifically tailored for design work, and as such, it's most beneficial to those directly involved in these processes.

Position: You need to hold a position of Director or above. This ensures that senior members with a broader scope of responsibilities have immediate access to the tools they need to oversee and contribute to design projects effectively.

Computer Specifications: Due to the resource-intensive nature of design software, your computer must meet certain specifications to run Figma smoothly. For Mac users, we recommend using a MacBook Pro from 2018 or newer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a Core i5 processor or better. This configuration provides sufficient performance for the majority of design tasks within Figma without significant lag or disruption.
What to Do If You Do Not Meet These Requirements
We understand that there are exceptional cases where employees outside the design team or below the Director level may require access to Figma for their projects. Furthermore, some team members may use computers that do not meet the specified requirements but still need to work with Figma.
If you find yourself in this situation, here's how you can still gain access to Figma:
